Kalis Holdings LLC (“Kalis Holdings,” “we,” “us”) is a private real estate investment firm that buys residential property directly from owners. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information you give us
When you submit a form on this website, or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- The address of the property you are asking us about
- Details you choose to share about the property — its condition, your timeline, your reason for selling, and whether you own it
If you call or text us, we may keep a record of that conversation and any notes from it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, including the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand how our advertising performs and lets us show ads to people who have visited our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences through Facebook’s ad settings.
How we use your information
- To research the property and prepare an offer
- To contact you about that offer and answer your questions
- To follow up if we don’t reach you the first time, or if your situation changes later
- To complete a transaction if you decide to sell to us
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
How we contact you. By submitting a form or giving us your number, you agree that Kalis Holdings may contact you by phone call and email about your property — including by automated dialing technology. We send text messages only if you opt in, by checking the SMS consent box in the chat widget on our website or by agreeing to the SMS consent language on a lead form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Stopping contact is easy. Reply STOP to any text, tell us on a call, or email info@kalisholdings.com and we will stop reaching out. Reply HELP to any text for assistance.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the work:
- Title companies, closing attorneys, and escrow agents involved in a transaction
- Property buyers and investment partners, if we assign or resell a contract on your property
- Service providers who run our systems on our behalf — our CRM, phone and messaging platforms, email tools, and advertising platforms — who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us
- Inspectors, contractors, and appraisers where an evaluation of the property is needed
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights
Text messaging data is never shared. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are in contact with you about a property, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required to retain it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you.
- Correct it. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- Delete it. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to the retention note above.
- Stop hearing from us. See the note above on stopping contact.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here.
